FACScan/FACS Calibur Introductory Flow Cytometry course
Aimed at scientists and technicians new to flow cytometry or the FACScan/FACS Calibur, this course is offered on a regular basis.
Lecture of the theory of flow cytometry
Practical on the FACScan or FACS Calibur
Use of the Macintosh-based CellQuest acquisition/analysis software.
Individual training for the cell sorters is available by contacting FCS personnel.
