For applicants interested in applying for a D-CFAR or CFAR, please review the current Centers for AIDS Research (CFAR) program announcement, PAR-11-108, in the NIH Guide.

After reading the CFAR program announcement, please contact the individuals listed under the Contact Us page prior to preparing your application. If you have general questions about the CFAR Program or CFAR Program Announcement, please contact the CFAR Program Officer, Ms. Ann Namkung Lee.

A listing of individual NIH AIDS funded grants with number, title, and project officer for your institution(s) can be obtained by sending an email request to Candice Beaubien.

The following three tables must be included in your application:

• Previous Recipients of Developmental Awards Table (MS Excel)

• Existing Core Facilities at the Institution Applying for a CFAR Award (MS Excel)

• Core Utilization Table (for all Basic and Clinical Cores) (MS Excel)
