Key Functions
- Solicit, negotiate, award, and administer biomedical and behavioral R&D contracts, contracts in support of R&D, station support contracts, and simplified acquisitions.
- Manage NIAID's procurement processes.
- Develop NIAID-specific acquisition policies and procedures.
- Provide expert business management and acquisition support.
