Division of AIDS (DAIDS) Clinical
Trials Network FY '06
Below are links to two Requests for Applications (RFAs) for
institutions interested in participating in the Division of
AIDS (DAIDS) HIV/AIDS clinical trials networks.
Both RFAs strive to maximize collaboration, efficiency and
accountability in DAIDS-supported HIV prevention, vaccine
and treatment clinical research by:
- Maximizing scientific opportunities by integrating and
coordinating HIV/AIDS prevention, vaccine and therapeutic
research and establishing flexible, responsive research
networks
- Building and strengthening HIV/AIDS research capacity,
especially in resource-limited settings
- Improving research efficiency through the shared use of
key support services
- Strengthening evaluation methods to ensure that the highest
research priorities are being addressed
The links below are intended for applicants responding to
one or both RFAs. Background information for applicants
and others are available in the links on the left.
