Data Analysis and Bioinformatics Unit

The Data Analysis and Bioinformatics Unit develops statistical analysis, data management, and data mining solutions for Division of Intramural Research (DIR) research programs. We focus on interpreting data generated by highly parallel detection systems used in genomics and proteomics. Currently, emphasis is placed on meeting the analysis and informatics needs of DNA microarray platform users in the DIR.
