Progress Report Guidelines

Please use these guidelines and spreadsheets when submitting your annual progress reports:

Information required on an ongoing basis

During the budget period, some information may be needed after each cycle of awards made at the CFAR site. Please see the information below to determine what information needs to be submitted.

• Current Developmental Awards
  • Please complete and submit a Current CFAR Developmental Awards table after the completion of each developmental award cycle. Please contact Ann Namkung Lee for a copy of the excel spreadsheet template

Additional NIH approval may also be needed before initiation of a project and before CFAR funds are disbursed.

• Studies with an international component
  • Please use this checklist form when submitting any international studies for clearance. International Studies Checklist (for all CFAR-Supported International Studies) (MS Word)
