  • Yes. Can the foreign component be eliminated?
    • No. Talk to your grants management specialist. Stop.

  • No. Not eligible for ARRA funds. NIAID may fund using the regular fiscal year funds. Stop.

  • Yes. The non-clinical trial portion may be eligible for ARRA funds. Continue to the next question.

  • Yes. Not eligible for ARRA funds. NIAID may fund using the regular fiscal year funds. Stop.
