Standard Operating Procedure Table of Contents

Purpose

To archive NIAID scientific initiative descriptors, concept clearance, and tracking for initiative development for FY 2000 through FY 2010.

Note: this SOP was last updated on April 4, 2013, and is no longer being updated.

Procedure

  • Email Lock icon: This link will not work for public visitors.Contact for NIAID Staff to request SIMS data.
    • NIAID replaced SIMS with Lock icon: This link will not work for public visitors.Research Initiative Management System (RIMS) and uses RIMS for all functions previously performed in SIMS.
    • At the end of FY 2010, NIAID archived the information in SIMS; for FY 2010 initiatives, you can find the information in both databases.
