Mar. 25, 2013 DEA sends expedited Council information to Council members.

Apr. 8, 2013 Expedited Council approvals.
Apr. 10, 2013 Program Officer Checklists due from program divisions for May 1 competing and noncompeting grants and July 1 noncompeting training grants.
Apr. 15, 2013 Release of expedited Council grants.

All January Council grants awarded.

May 6, 2013 Budget office sends memo to division requesting end of year (EOY) list.
May 10, 2013 Program Officer Checklists due from program divisions for June 1 competing and noncompeting grants and August 1 noncompeting training grants.
May 13, 2013 Last major release of SBIRs and STTRs.
May 15, 2013 Last day to complete continuing Lock icon: This link will not work for public visitors.Inter-Agency Agreements.
May 31, 2013 All August noncompeting training grants awarded.

Jun. 3, 2013 Council.
Jun. 4, 2013 Program divisions EOY list due to budget office.
Jun. 10, 2013 Program Officer Checklists due from program divisions for July 1 competing and noncompeting grants and September 1 noncompeting training grants.
  Delinquent Program Officer Checklists due (for all noncompeting grants starting July 1 or earlier).
Jun. 11, 2013 EOY list approved by GMP and forwarded to NIAID OD.
Jun. 19, 2013 Budget office releases selective pay and NIAID R56-Bridge awards from May Council.
Jun. 28, 2013 Release of funds for EOY list.

All May Council grants awarded.
Jul. 10, 2013 Program Officer Checklists due from program divisions for August 1 competing and noncompeting grants.
Jul. 15, 2013 All noncompeting training grants awarded.
  GMP awards all FY 2013 SBIRs and STTRs.
  Last day for GMP and budget office to approve Direct CAN Citation Agreements.
Jul. 22, 2013 DEA sends expedited Council information to Council members.
August
Aug. 5, 2013 Expedited Council approvals.
Aug. 6, 2013

Last day that the budget office can release a grant with any of these issues: foreign bar, human subjects bar, research animal bar, or no paperwork to OLAW, OHRP, OER, or FIC.

Aug. 10, 2013 Program Officer Checklists due from program divisions for currently released competing and noncompeting grants.
  All newly released Program Officer Checklists for competing grants due from program divisions next day.
  Listing of unsolicited September Council grants to be funded this fiscal year provided to grants management.
Aug. 15, 2013 Last day for program divisions to submit information for Direct CAN Citation Agreements to the administrative office.
  Last day for program divisions to send applications within FY 2014's projected payline for funding during FY 2013. Program divisions send a list of proposed applications to GMP for approval.   Last day for cofunding documents to or from NIAID.
Aug. 16, 2013 Last day for September 2014 Council grants approved by the DEA director for funding FY 2013.

Aug. 21, 2013

Last day for all grant awards, except EOY grants and one-time actions (supplements, bridges and non-competing awards in the final year).

Aug. 27, 2013 Last day to get approval for FY 2013 funding of FY 2014 applications.
September
Sep. 13, 2013 Last day of FY 2013 grant award actions.
  GMP releases final reconciliation list.
Sep. 16, 2013 Council.
Sep. 20, 2013 Final reconciliation.
