NIAID Scientists Study Innovative Therapy for Severe Eczema

This photo essay highlights an innovative treatment for severe eczema called wet wrap therapy. This treatment, which has been used at other institutions, is currently being studied in people at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Clinical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. Scientists at NIH NIAID are evaluating the therapy in combination with training on home-based skin care to help establish long-lasting control of the disease.
