You can help researchers improve public health by volunteering for NIAID clinical studies.
NIAID is the lead institute at the National Institutes of Health studying immune system diseases. NIAID aims to improve diagnosis, facilitate genetic counseling, and explore new treatments and preventions for primary immune deficiency diseases (PIDDs).
Since 2007, NIAID has been home to a Primary Immune Deficiency Clinic, which provides diagnoses and disease management recommendations to those whose lives are touched by PIDDs.
