You could be the ideal offeror to provide nonhuman primate resources through a Simian Vaccine Evaluation Units (SVEU) contract. Check out the December 4, 2018 FedBizOpps.gov solicitation.

SVEU Summary

NIH investigators, companies, and other researchers develop HIV and AIDS prevention approaches including vaccine candidates, topical microbicides, immune-based therapies, and other prevention modalities. To evaluate efficacy of these approaches, the SVEUs conduct preclinical studies in nonhuman primates.

NIAID awarded the first SVEU contracts in 1991. We recompete them every five to seven years.

Review the solicitation for full details on facility requirements, task areas, and more.

Contract Type and Key Dates

NIAID expects to award two or three indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contracts. The base contracts will be awarded on or about February 1, 2020, with options to extend the term for up to seven years.
