Eukaryotic Pathogen Database Resources (EuPathDB)

EuPathDB, one of the NIAID-funded Bioinformatics Resource Centers, is an integrated database covering eukaryotic pathogens. While these organisms are supported by a taxon-specific database/website built upon the same infrastructure, the EuPathDB portal offers an entry point to all of these resources, and the opportunity to leverage orthology for searches across genera.

Tools

  • The EuPathDB Bioinformatics Resource Center provides a portal for accessing genomic-scale datasets associated with the diverse eukaryotic microbes
  • In addition to data, EuPathDB offers a variety of analysis and annotation tools and tutorials

Collaboration Opportunities

  • EuPathDB welcomes submissions of genomic-scale data concerning eukaryotic pathogens and host-pathogen interactions
