Omics4TB

Omics4TB is part of the NIAID Systems Biology for Infectious Diseases Research program. Omics4TB focuses on tuberculosis and provides a portal for computational modeling to generate an integrated, predictive gene regulatory network model of host/pathogen interactions by using omics data.

Main Areas of Focus

  • To produce an experimentally grounded and verifiable systems-level model of the Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) regulatory networks that affect disease progression
