Yes, although not for much longer. HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra is planning for the public health emergency declaration to expire on May 11, 2023, at which time the exception would no longer apply. For that reason, you should submit any new exception requests by March 31, 2023, which would provide NIH sufficient time to process them.
