NIAID sets paylines for the fiscal year (rather than the calendar year) which runs from October 1 through September 30. We label a payline as “interim” to indicate that it is subject to future adjustment.

Once we change a payline status to “fiscal year,” don’t expect the number to change further over the remainder of the fiscal year. As shown at NIAID Paylines, the paylines for fellowships (F30, F31, and F32) now have “fiscal year” status and are set at overall impact scores of 20, 19, and 22, respectively.
