Yes, researchers may list preprints as a type of interim research product within the Personal Statement or Contributions to Science section of the biosketch.

To cite an interim research product properly, include the Digital Object Identifier and the Object type (e.g., preprint) in the citation. Also list any information about the document version (e.g., most recent date modified) and, if relevant, the date the product was cited.
