Researchers—Here’s a Better Way to Find Resources to Support Your Research

Did you know that NIAID offers many resources to assist in your research, including reagents, model organisms, and tissue samples? We recently launched a new and improved Resources for Researchers section on the NIAID website with a robust search tool to help you quickly find resources relevant to your research.

The search tool uses filters to sort through NIAID resources targeted at our external research community. To navigate there, follow the link above or click the Research tab on our website’s main menu, then select “Search for Resources.”

Use the filter categories in the left column: Disease or Condition, Discipline or Approach, Research Stage, Resource Type, and Division. Once your search results display, you can easily share them: simply copy the URL and send to interested parties. Individual resource pages provide a description of the resource, related links, and information such as main areas of focus, tools, who can use the resource, and whom to contact.

If you have any questions or concerns about this new search tool, email NIAIDWebTeam@mail.nih.gov.
