Biography
She received her Ph.D. from University of Nebraska-Lincoln in Analytical Chemistry where she developed mass spectrometry (MS) based methods for native and top-down analysis of intact protein complexes. After post-doctoral trainings at the FDA (in biologics characterization using MS) and Medical College of Wisconsin (phosphoproteomics), she joined the lab in 2019. Her current projects focus on identifying the RNA-binding proteome that regulates toll-like receptor (TLR) signaling pathways in innate immune response and investigating the role of linear ubiquitination in TLR pathway activation. Outside of lab, Deepali enjoys yoga practice, exploring new cities and cooking dishes from unfamiliar cuisines.
