Biography
Our goal is to elucidate the molecular mechanism of hemocyte mediated enhanced immune memory in mosquitoes previously challenged with Plasmodium infection. In addition we are investigating the role of different immune signaling cascades mediating hemocyte priming and developing cell-specific antibodies for flow cytometry analysis.
