Biography
Dr. Moller’s research in the BPARS focuses on understanding within-host evolution of Gram-negative opportunistic pathogens through population genomic and evolutionary biological approaches. Current work explores the adaptive evolution of Burkholderia vietnamiensis in the context of chronic infection. Other work focuses on characterization of within-host adaptation at the level of the methylome in B. hinzii.
