Biography

Dr. Boudries is an Assistant Professor in Medicine at the Center for Virology and Vaccine Research CVVR. The Boudries research group, bioinformatics and computational genomics and epigenetics laboratory (BCGE) , focuses on developing and implementing computational pipelines and methods to investigate the host-virus interaction interface, early host factors impeding HIV integration and persistence, with a keen interest in decoding the epigenetic determinants of HIV integration and the maintenance and persistence of the latent HIV reservoir.
